This fish pizza has a Milanese-style crispy crust topped with whitebait from Setouchi and salted kelp.

Raw material name

Flour (domestic production), natural cheese, whitebait, mayonnaise seasoning, chicken bouillon, salt kelp, garlic, processed oil and fat, salt, sugars (maltose, glucose), yeast, powdered durum wheat sourdough/cellulose, seasoning (amino acids) etc.), thickeners (processed starch), fragrances, carotenoid pigments, (contains wheat, eggs, milk ingredients, soybeans, chicken, apples, and gelatin
) Of these, we produce products containing shrimp and crab.
*The whitebait used in this product is harvested using a fishing method that mixes shrimp and crab.

A pizza with a crispy Milanese crust topped with shirasu (Semi Dried baby sardine) and salted kelp from Setouchi. Beer and wine go well with sake as well.

 

When cooking:

Remove the film from the pizza, leave it frozen or thaw it in the refrigerator and then bake it in a preheated oven or toaster oven.

 

Recommended cooking method

Oven 250 ℃ about 4-5 minutes

Oven toaster 800W about 6-8 minutes
